Terms and Conditions

 

1. Introduction

Welcome to Add-Ins Education, a platform providing tutoring services both offline and online. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please carefully read and understand them before proceeding.

 

2. Eligibility

  • To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old. By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Add-Ins Education reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically for changes.

 

3. Registration

  • Access to our platform requires completion of the registration process. During registration, you may need to provide personal information such as your name, email address, ID, and payment details. The accuracy of the provided information is your responsibility.

 

4. Payment

  • Payment for our services will be processed in accordance with our pricing and payment policies, as outlined in the applicable service agreements.

 

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the services provided. Users are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the cancellation and refund policies specified in their respective service agreements.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights related to the content and materials provided on our platform are owned by Add-Ins Education. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use such materials for personal or non-commercial purposes.

 

7. Confidentiality

  • We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your information. Users may need to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to further safeguard confidential information shared on the platform.

 

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate their use of the platform at any time, subject to the terms of any applicable service agreements. Add-Ins Education reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for violation of these terms and conditions or any applicable service agreements.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes between users and Add-Ins Education will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration organization.

 

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

11. Payment Process

  • All payments will be charged by Add-Ins Education from the client and settled monthly with the tutor. Payment will be held by Add-Ins Education until the end of the month. If classes are terminated by either the teacher or client, fees for completed classes will be deducted, and the remaining payment refunded to parents.

  • If classes are arranged manually, a separate payment notification will be sent to parents. Payment must be completed within 2 days of the commencement of classes; failure to do so will result in the suspension of classes. Alternatively, if classes are scheduled through our portal/website www.addinsedu.com, sessions will commence only upon receipt of payment on the website.

 

12. Leave Policy

  • One official leave per month is allowed to teachers without payment deduction. Additional leaves must be compensated by scheduling extra classes or taking classes on Sundays. Failure to compensate will result in a deduction of fees from the teacher's payment.

13. Weekly Off and Classes on Sundays

  • Sunday is designated as the weekly off day. Classes on Sundays require mutual agreement between parents and teachers.

 

14. Payment Protocol

  • Teachers and parents are prohibited from discussing fee or payment matters. All payments must be made to Add-Ins Education. Direct payment from parents to teachers is strictly prohibited. Add-Ins Education holds sole responsibility for payment transactions.

 

15. Handling of Payments

  • Add-Ins Education is solely responsible for collecting payments and disbursing salaries to teachers. Direct payment handling by teachers or parents is not permitted.

 

16. Misconduct Reporting

  • Parents should report any instances of teacher misconduct or misbehavior to Add-Ins Education for immediate action.

 

17. Additional Charges

  • Teachers are prohibited from demanding additional charges from clients.

 

18. Service Charges and Deductions

  • Charges to parents and payments to teachers may differ due to service charges, taxes, and platform fees. Discrepancies will not be entertained.

 

19. Sexual Harassment Policy

  • Add-Ins Education has a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment. Reports of harassment will be thoroughly investigated, and strict action will be taken against perpetrators.

 

20. Termination of Classes

  • If a teacher intends to stop classes for any reason, they must provide at least 15 days' prior notice to Add-Ins Education. Failure to do so will result in the withholding of the teacher's salary for the period not in compliance with the terms and conditions.

  • In cases of medical emergencies or urgent situations, teachers must submit relevant legal documents, such as medical certificates, to Add-Ins Education for verification. Upon confirmation, the pending salary will be released accordingly.

  • Parents who wish to terminate classes mid-session must provide at least one week's notice to Add-Ins Education.

  • In the event of a conflict between the teacher and client, immediate termination of classes will only be permitted if both parties mutually agree. Payments will be calculated up to the last class attended, and the teacher will be compensated accordingly. Please note that charges or payments will only apply to classes taken, and the full month's amount will not be charged to parents or paid to teachers under any circumstances.

21. Cell Phone Usage Policy during Classes -  Tutor/Teacher

  • Teachers are strictly prohibited from using cell phones during class sessions.
  • Any violation of this policy will result in immediate action, including termination of classes without remuneration​​​​​​.
  • Our commitment to providing quality services necessitates an environment free from distractions for both students and teachers.
  • While we do not restrict teachers from answering urgent or emergency calls, this must be done outside the teaching area to minimize disruption.
  • We emphasize that such interruptions are only acceptable in genuine cases of urgency or emergency.
